Lina Silva-Cestero is the Program Manager for Confidential Recovery. Lina completed her Bachelors in Criminal Justice and Management at University of Phoenix. She is also a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor since 2007.

Dr. Regina is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 17 years experience in the addiction field. She has extensive addiction, mindfulness and dual-diagnoses treatment and clinical expertise as well as PTSD and addiction research experience.

Michaelle Jinnette is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. She received an undergraduate degree in Human Development from UC San Diego and a Master’s in Marital and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego.

Andrea R. Paras is a psychotherapist and trauma specialist. Pat is a licensed marriage and family therapist with extensive experience working with treatments such as EMDR. He also has over 17 years of experience working with children, teens and adults who are experiencing emotional or behavioral issues including: depression, anxiety, anger management, ADHD, PTSD, substance abuse and addictions, as well as family, relationship and LGBT issues.
Michael Markopoulous, M.D.
Dr. Mike serves as our Attending Physician at Confidential Recovery. With over 40 years of experience, he has worked extensively with various addiction treatment programs in San Diego. Dr. Mike is a graduate of Rutgers Medical School and oversees Confidential Recovery’s Medically Assisted Treatment Program. He provides a depth of addiction treatment experience that maximizes our clients’ opportunities for a sustainable recovery.
