Lina Silva-Cestero, Program Manager
Lina Silva-Cestero is the Program Manager for Confidential Recovery. Lina completed her Bachelors in Criminal Justice and Management at University of Phoenix. She is also a Certified Substance Abuse Counselor since 2007.

Dr. Regina is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 17 years experience in the addiction field. She has extensive addiction, mindfulness and dual-diagnoses treatment and clinical expertise as well as PTSD and addiction research experience.

Dr. Mike serves as our Attending Physician at Confidential Recovery. With over 40 years of experience, he has worked extensively with various addiction treatment programs in San Diego. Dr. Mike is a graduate of Rutgers Medical School and oversees Confidential Recovery’s Medically Assisted Treatment Program. He provides a depth of addiction treatment experience that maximizes our clients’ opportunities for a sustainable recovery.
Stacy Tessler, MFT-I
Stacy specializes in mindful, sustainable recovery from addictions such as alcohol, drugs, disordered eating, obsessive thinking, and body image issues. She is effective in mood disorder treatment, managing and overcoming ingrained and destructive behavioral patterns, depression, bipolar disorder, panic and anxiety.
